Ask us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in.
What deleting your account removes
Deleting your account removes your personal data from the Service, including:
•
your account and sign-in details;
•
your dog’s profile — name, breed, age and goals;
•
your quiz answers;
•
your training progress;
•
the photo you uploaded, if you added one.
Deleting your account means losing access to your content and progress. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.
What we keep, and for how long
Your personal data is deleted within two months, except where the law requires us to keep certain records longer:
•
Subscriptions and payments — kept for 72 months, as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
•
Attribution and analytics — data already processed by AppsFlyer (iOS only) is retained for 24 months, and by Firebase for 14 months, under the settings we have configured. Removing already-collected analytics is handled as part of your request rather than automatically.

How to ask us to delete it
Fill in the form below with the email address on the account. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in.
If you do have the app, you can also delete your account directly in it, or write to us at support@pupchi.com.
What happens next
Because this page is open to anyone, we confirm the request belongs to you before acting on it — we may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We try to respond within 30 days, or the period set by your local law.
