Pupchi Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms describe the rules for using the Pupchi app (website, app, and any related content — the "Service"). The Service is currently operated by Mr. Dmytro Dubrovskyi (referred to as "we"/"us").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Who Can Use the Service
Who can use Pupchi. You need to be an adult to use Pupchi — at least 18, or older if that is the age of majority where you live. The Service is not built for children, and we do not knowingly sign them up. If you learn that a child is using the Service against these rules, let us know at support@pupchi.com and we will act on it. 2. Your Account (if applicable)
Some parts of the Service require an account. When you register, give us information that is accurate and current, and keep it up to date. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so keep your login details private and do not let others use them. If you think someone has gained access to your account, or you spot a security problem, contact us right away at support@pupchi.com. Where you set up or use the Service for another person or an organisation, you are confirming you are allowed to accept these Terms for them. 3. Rules of Use
By using the Service, you agree to:
•
use it lawfully and not for commercial purposes without our written permission;
•
not copy, modify, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service;
•
not interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service;
•
not upload malware, viruses, or similar harmful code;
•
not use bots or scrapers to mass-collect data from the Service;
•
not remove any attribution or trademark notices.
We may restrict or close your account if you violate these Terms or the law.
4. Monetization
Plans. Pupchi offers subscription plans of different types and durations (for example, weekly or yearly). The specific plans available to you — including price, currency, and billing frequency — are always shown in the app before you confirm your purchase. Prices are set in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play for your region and include any applicable taxes. Plans, features, and prices may vary by region, promotion, or over time, and may differ from what is described in marketing materials.
Free trial. Some plans may include a free trial. If a trial is offered, its length and terms are shown in the app before you confirm your purchase. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is typically limited to once per Apple ID or Google account. If you have previously used a Pupchi trial, you may be charged the full price from the start of your subscription.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. When your free trial ends, or at the end of each billing period, Apple or Google will charge you the price shown in the app at the time of purchase (or the then-current price if it has changed in accordance with Section "Price Changes"), and your subscription will continue for a further period of the same length. Charges are typically processed within 24 hours before the current period ends.
How to cancel. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period — or free trial — ends.
•
iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
•
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription, and we are unable to cancel it on your behalf. Once cancelled, you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. Purchases are made through, and sold by, Apple or Google, so refunds are governed by their respective policies. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases directly — please request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play’s support tools. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, this does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer protections; contact us at support@pupchi.com and we will help you exercise them. Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and any new price will apply only starting from your next billing period after that notice. Where Apple or Google require your affirmative agreement for a subscription to continue at a new price, your subscription will not renew at that price unless you agree to it.
When your subscription ends. Your account and your dog’s profile remain intact. Paid features become unavailable until you resubscribe.
5. Content
Our content. Everything in the Service (text, images, design, logo, etc.) belongs to us or those who provided it to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use it for your own non-commercial purposes.
Your content. Anything you post through the Service (messages, photos, videos, and similar material) remains yours. By posting it, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service — including showing it to other users where a feature allows this, and for our own promotional purposes (for example, featuring your content in marketing materials with reasonable attribution, unless you ask us not to). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups or where retention is required by law, or content already shared with other users in a way that cannot practically be withdrawn (for example, if another user has already saved or shared it further). Your personal data is handled separately under our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law, without prior notice.
6. Training Guidance, Not Veterinary Advice
Pupchi is an educational tool for dog owners. The lessons, plans, and any tips (including anything AI-generated) are for educational purposes only and are not veterinary, medical, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Every dog is different, and results depend on temperament and consistency of practice — we do not guarantee any particular outcome and are not responsible for your dog’s behavior during or after training.
For anything related to your dog’s health, anxiety, or wellbeing, consult a licensed veterinarian who has examined your animal in person. If you suspect a medical emergency, contact a vet clinic immediately rather than relying on the Service.
You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on the Service, at your own risk.
7. Service Provided "As Is"
We provide the Service and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind beyond those the law makes non-excludable. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from how the Service is normally used or provided.
We do not promise that the Service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors or harmful code; that problems will be fixed; that any third-party product bundled with the Service will perform to a particular standard; that results will match your expectations; or that content from other users or third parties will be accurate or complete. We may change, pause, or retire the Service, or any feature, at any time and without notice, and we are not liable for doing so. Some features or content may not exist in every region or on every device. Nothing in the Service is professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the Service.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices — using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our separate Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. 11. Support
Questions and requests can be sent to support@pupchi.com. Support is provided on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed response time. 12. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, contact support@pupchi.com with a description of the material, a link to it, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. 13. Ending Use of the Service
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. We may suspend or close access if you violate these Terms, with prior notice where possible.
Please note that deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription if you purchased it through the App Store or Google Play. You must cancel it directly in the store, as described in Section "How to cancel" — otherwise billing will continue even though you no longer have access to your account.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes in the app or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
15. General
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. This does not remove any protections guaranteed to you by mandatory laws in your country.
Apple: If you downloaded Pupchi from the App Store, you also agree that: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Pupchi; if Pupchi fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price to you, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Pupchi, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures in the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, martial law, internet or power outages, natural disasters, or failures of third-party platforms such as Apple or Google.
Governing law: laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
